  • Refunds may take 60 to 90 days from the date of request, depending on provider response time and banking procedures.
  • Eva Wholesale LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the provider.
Fees
  • Eva Wholesale LLC may charge post-booking service fees for refund handling, which are applicable per booking.
  • These fees are only applied if a refund is authorized or a waiver is granted by the provider.
  • If the provider denies the refund, we will refund any applicable Eva Wholesale LLC post-booking service fees (but not the original booking fees).
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, delayed check-ins, or cases caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as force majeure or strikes.
  • Bookings may be entirely non-refundable if stated so by the provider at the time of booking.
